Rochelle and Lasse will likely be moving out in the next month, and I'm still expecting to have 3 rooms opening up in one of the apartments across the street starting May 1st. In addition to these 4 rooms, there is another 2-bedroom apartment that just opened up underneith Dan and Beth's which will probably be ready within the next few weeks. While I'm not going to be leasing and subletting any more apartments myself, it would be really cool if more porcupines moved into our neighborhood and decided to rent from these guys. If you want their contact information, please email me.

Michael has moved out, and Meg (formerly of OLFOD) has moved in, so I still have three rooms open in central Manchester. Counting 6 people in my house, the Porc Central neighborhood currently has 12+ porcupines living in it.

We've got the kitchen equipped, the living room furnished and one bedroom furnished, so this place is ready for someone to come in off the bus with just their suitcase. Seriously, we've done our best to make this a comfortable place for the new Porc to settle in to. With this being the first day of spring, it's a good reminder that you're not far from several beaches when you live here.
Call Jack at 233-1058 (24-7) if you have any questions or want to see the place.

Dave Ridley, who is currently a temporary resident of the newest porc manor, has recently posted a video showing off the new place.

The closing was Thursday, 28 February and all the paperwork is done and the place is now Max's! Jack will be managing the property while Max is away and after checking the house out, it's cleared for your use and enjoyment (it became Max's in spotless condition). We've also "seeded" the kitchen with enough dishes, flatware, cutlery, pots, pans and gadgets to let you get right to work cooking your favorite meals the day you arrive.

Eric Manda has moved out to seek fame and fortune further west in New Hampshire, and Brinck Slattery, a Ron Paul campaign worker and Operation Live Free or Die person I believe, is slated to move in today. Diane Sodders will be moving out of the apartment 150 feet south of 412 Central Street, but Dan and Beth - porcupines from southern New England - are scheduled to move in right after she leaves.

If you're a porcupine who doesn't have pets and is interested in living in a house full of other porcupines, please contact me by email. One of the currently open rooms is $475 per month, and the other is $350 per month, with all utilities included (no land phone, though). The two rooms that will be opening later are $475 and $400.
