Update - Jan 20, 2008

Only 365 days before the current puppet is replaced by a new one!

Financing is now arranged for the house, and will be available on February 28th for sure. In addition to the three bedrooms available month to month, there will be space in the semi-finished basement for temporary folks at the rate of $12 per night.

The home is in excellent condition, and it looks like we've got one couple confirmed plus one potential commuter, so far. The upstairs bedrooms are even available with rent deferred until new movers have found work. Prices range from $525-700/month plus 1/3 of utilities. This is a relative bargain in Seabrook, especially being close to the border. Porcs need not sign a lease, but discounts are available for those willing to pay in advance.

Contacting more interested renters. It seems that the secret to filling a house is being flexible with people. Most homeowners are just looking for that typical first-last-deposit one year lease, perfect credit history renter, and adjust rates around that.
Porcs can crash for $20 a day, now, which still strikes most as a fair deal, considering motel rates and conditions, these days.
There is plenty of off street parking and excitement fills the air. One more home to help movers take that step.
