The closing was Thursday, 28 February and all the paperwork is done and the place is now Max's! Jack will be managing the property while Max is away and after checking the house out, it's cleared for your use and enjoyment (it became Max's in spotless condition). We've also "seeded" the kitchen with enough dishes, flatware, cutlery, pots, pans and gadgets to let you get right to work cooking your favorite meals the day you arrive.

Seabrook gets less snow than about anywhere in the state and when the Merrimack Valley Porcupines meeting was snowed out in Manchester, Seabrook was fine!
