finished basement

We just got the basement finished downstairs.  All of the dull looking concrete walls have been painted with a light creme color, while the floor has been painted with an epoxy brown.  The metal supports and even the electrical outlets have been painted, giving the entire downstairs a cared for feel.  The pine wood paneling helps maintain this theme.

I will also be putting in a unique ceiling solution coupled with my 42" HD plasma screen and a surround sound system for the house.  I will try to post pics as soon as the paint dries.

Maxwell House is now furnished, has name

After a lot of searching and buying, the house now has beds, bookshelves, closets, and storage.  The house is going to be part of Octoberfest '08 (10/17-20) and we're hoping to see as many folks up here to see NH as possible.

After months of searching for a name for the Seabrook manor, I've finally dubbed the house here with a fitting name. While looking through my cupboards for coffee, an idea finally popped into my head.

One bedroom in Manchester, opening August 10

Considering a move to Manchester? Live on Porcupine Row: the world's highest concentration of porcupines!

We have one room in a two-bedroom apartment coming available August 10th. This sweet second floor apartment features all new cabinetry, a spacious balcony overlooking Central Street, and (at least) sixteen porcupines neighbors within a stone's throw. Your roommate will be a hella cool guy from California whom I'll put you in touch with if you're interested.

Ready for move-ins

We've got the kitchen equipped, the living room furnished and one bedroom furnished, so this place is ready for someone to come in off the bus with just their suitcase. Seriously, we've done our best to make this a comfortable place for the new Porc to settle in to. With this being the first day of spring, it's a good reminder that you're not far from several beaches when you live here.

Call Jack at 233-1058 (24-7) if you have any questions or want to see the place.
