The closing was Thursday, 28 February and all the paperwork is done and the place is now Max's! Jack will be managing the property while Max is away and after checking the house out, it's cleared for your use and enjoyment (it became Max's in spotless condition). We've also "seeded" the kitchen with enough dishes, flatware, cutlery, pots, pans and gadgets to let you get right to work cooking your favorite meals the day you arrive.

Eric Manda has moved out to seek fame and fortune further west in New Hampshire, and Brinck Slattery, a Ron Paul campaign worker and Operation Live Free or Die person I believe, is slated to move in today. Diane Sodders will be moving out of the apartment 150 feet south of 412 Central Street, but Dan and Beth - porcupines from southern New England - are scheduled to move in right after she leaves.

If you're a porcupine who doesn't have pets and is interested in living in a house full of other porcupines, please contact me by email. One of the currently open rooms is $475 per month, and the other is $350 per month, with all utilities included (no land phone, though). The two rooms that will be opening later are $475 and $400.

Only 365 days before the current puppet is replaced by a new one!
Financing is now arranged for the house, and will be available on February 28th for sure. In addition to the three bedrooms available month to month, there will be space in the semi-finished basement for temporary folks at the rate of $12 per night.

Soon 2,400 more square footage of living, working, storage will be available for occupancy in Winchester, NH. Kitchen, bathrooms and dance hall now in use.
