Looking to share my 2nd floor Rimmon Heights apartment, you will get 2 rooms, off street parking, storage area. Your rooms are 12' x 12' and 15' x 12' with private entrance to the outside. I've reserved half of the refrigerator, half the pantry, and half of other kitchen cupboards for you.

Our bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment. I have a bedroom and office. You get the living room along with your bedroom so you will have plenty of privacy. The apartment has a large kitchen and is in a desirable neighborhood which is very close to the woods and trails of Rimmon Rock. From our porch there is a great view of these cliffs. You will be only .5 miles from the start of a rail trail bike path which goes 6 miles into Goffstown Village in one direction or over the Merrimack and into downtown Manchester in the other direction.

I'm age 53 and eat mostly health food. I spend most of my time working as a programmer or out visiting friends. $395/mo includes everything: heat, electric, internet, toilet paper, etc. No deposit is needed.
