The room is 13'x 12', plus the vanity and bathroom area, and has two standard closets.  It is partially furnished (small couch, new queen-size futon bed).  Both short term and long term rental situations will work.

Rent & Utilities:

Somewhat negotiable.  Comparable rents in the area were about $500 to $600 when I last checked.  Barter (painting, house projects, dog-sitting) is an option.  Utilities (including wireless internet) will be included at $600 rent.

Notes:

Kitchen and laundry room are shared. 

Parking is in the driveway.

I work out of an office in the house so I’m home most of the time.

One of the “roommates” is a medium sized dog (brittany spaniel)

Non-smokers only and I am a bit of a neat freak.
