$175/wk or $30/day.   Payment in advance.  Options are cash, silver, barter (painting, house projects, gardening, dog-sitting).  Short-term only (2 - 4 weeks).  13'x 12', plus the vanity, bathroom area and two closets. It is furnished (small couch, queen-size futon bed, etc.). Kitchen, laundry room and living room are shared.  Utilities including wireles internet are included.

  • Non-smokers only

  • No storage space available.

  • No Car = No Room.  You need to provide your own transportation. Downtown and shopping are 8 miles away. Parking is in the driveway.

  • I work out of an office in the house so I’m home most of the time

  • No Pets.  I have a dog (quiet, clean) and one pet is enough.
