The room is $400 a month with a lease, taking care of the house, and doing political stuff ($550 month to month), and further discounts are available for anyone willing to do yard work, pay three months in advance, or do snow shoveling and housework. Of course, don't expect to have as much shoveling to do, as this house is just two miles from the ocean. The part of the coast gets the ocean effect year round, giving us milder winters and summers.
