Price includes heat, hot water, internet (DSL), and electricity. There is no TV or Phone line :P
The apt was built into a circa 1790 barn. It has character (i.e. sloping wood floors and exposed beams.)
There is no on-site laundry but there are two laundromats in town.

1 hour West of Manchester

Peterborough is an artist community with tons of character (and bleeding heart liberals...definitely could use more porcs). The apartment is within very short walking distance from downtown, which has a one screen movie theater, large book store with a decent used books section, several upscale restaurants, a really nice pub with live music and open mic night, municipal WiFi, and the famous Peterborough Diner where many candidates stop during the ramp up to elections.

There is hiking with both Monadnock and Pack Monadnock mountains. There are ski resorts in almost every direction. Swimming, Kayaking, Bike path, and more.
