I have a spot for an RV at my "suburban" Concord home with a 120v, 100amp electric and water connection.  I like to keep a nice place and want to keep the great relations I have with my neighbors, so the condition of the RV and your maintenance will have to be good.

Living In RV Rent: $300/month + utilities (electric, water, wireless internet).  Includes access to toilet in the house since there's no sewer hookup. Your gray water (shower, sink) can water my lawn. Electric and water use will be calculated and charged. 

Storage-Only Rent - $75/mo. This might be temporary only, subject to someone wanting the space for a "live-in" arrangement .

Barter (painting, house projects, gardening, dog-sitting) or gold/silver are acceptable alternate payments.
