Includes a twin bed and a simple wardrobe, or they can be removed if desired. There's room for a small desk or other piece of furniture. Wifi Internet and one off-street parking space are included. Access to a washer & dryer at the house.

Rent is $300 per month plus an even share of oil and electric (roommates split these). Sewer, water, and wifi are included.

Deposit is one month's rent.
