Porc Manor

This room at 412 Central Street in Manchester should be open in the next week or so (probably by Sunday, May 8th, 2011), but if you need a place to stay a couple of days earlier, we might be able to work something out.

It's small (around 100 square feet), but does have a closet and a twin XL bed & bedframe with storage space.  It's one of 4 bedrooms in a 2nd floor apartment shared mostly by porcupines.  We are all quiet, considerate people who don't mooch off of others, and we're looking for another person with these qualities to share our living space with.

The room costs $460 per month in cash or precious-metal equivalent, with a one-month deposit (plus the 1st month's rent) due at move-in.  All utilities (high-speed internet, heat, electricity, water & sewer, etc) are already included in that price.  Off-street parking for 4 cars is available based on seniority (and we currently have 4 cars in the household).

I have a "guest agreement" form that I ask people to sign before moving in.  I'd be happy to email a copy of it to you in advance, but the biggest sticking point for most people is that I want housemates to agree not to consume or store illegal substances on-premises.  I don't care if you use drugs somewhere anywhere else as long as you're considerate and stay current on your bills, but I don't want my house at risk of getting siezed.
