One of the two closets for this room is a room unto itself so this is practically two rooms. Tenants commonly put their beds in the large walk-in closet which still leaves space for a couple items of furniture or shelves. That leaves the main room open for use as an office or a small living space. The other closet is small.

Rent is $450 a month plus an even share of the utilities-- electric and oil. Sewer, water, and Wifi are included.

Deposit is one month's rent.
