• Unit is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath plus a full, unfinished, basement. The units are mirror image with the bedrooms in the middle. The wall between the two units is well insulated for sound. Units are ranch style with separate basements. Basement does not meet code for use as a bedroom.
• The living room is 10x13. The kitchen is 12x12. The master bedroom is 10x13. The second bedroom is 8x12. (measurements are approximate!)
• Heat is forced hot air by propane. The hot water is also fueled by propane. There is a programmable thermostat.
• Tenant will be expected to pay for the current contents of the propane tank at the lease signing and have the propane account transferred to their name.
• Tenants are responsible for snow and ice removal and yard maintenance. Snowblower and mower supplied.
• Parking for at least 3 cars.
