Hello. I'm 43 and have worked in Retail management and Hospitality/Resort mgmt. Have planned to move as a first 1,000 for years now (without having saved for it), but just can't wait any longer! I decided to give work notice and try for a transfer. I'm headed for New Hampshire.

Looking for a roommate situation with an established residence (can't afford moving-in costs on a new rental or loads of deposits). Hoping for $1 to $400 per month (prefering the former, but willing to pay in the range of the latter).

Or does anyone know of any Manchester/Hookset/Derry area monthly motel rentals that isn't seedy and is affordable? Temporary housing is fine. Any leads appreciated.
