Hi, my name is Nick, and I'm moving to NH from Minnesota hopefully in February. I'm looking for roommate/s to rent in either Keene or Manchester. I don't know anybody over there yet, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Don't forget the seacoast. I originally chose Manchester, but have settled on Seabrook. I like it because the weather is more mild and because it gives me easy access to Portsmouth, Hampton Beach, Newburyport, Amesbury, Lowell, and Bahston.
I was wondering the Master Bedroom
was still available for rent? If so does the home have internet access
and parking space? Also as I understand it'd be cheaper to rent if I
were to sign a lease. What would the terms of the lease be and for how
long? Thank you very much! -Nick
Yeah, both the master bedroom and upstairs bedroom are available. Both would be $550 with a lease. With the master bedroom, however, you can discount it further to $400 if you are willing to give up the large walk in closet. The downside to that scenario is that you'd have me keeping my stuff and sleeping in there, since that's actually my favorite room in the house.
Re: New Free Stater
