I've been renting out rooms to porcupines at 412 Central Street in Manchester for nearly 3 years. We have 8 rooms in the house (7 of them currently filled with porcupines) as well as 5 rooms in neighboring apartments (1 currently filled). Additionally, there are two porcupines living in an independent apartment right next door.

If you want to get to meet a bunch of Free Staters right away and get to know this part of the state a better before buying a house or getting a year long lease, this is a great place to do it. My rents run between $350 and $600 dpending on the room, and include all utilities.
