I have a room available for rent from Aug - Dec 2008 in Peterborough for $400 per month.
Price includes heat, hot water, internet (DSL), and electricity. There is no TV or Phone line :P

30 minutes East of Keene
45 minutes West of Nashua
1 hour West of Concord
1 hour West of Manchester
The apt was built into a circa 1790 barn. It has character (i.e. sloping wood floors and exposed beams.)
