There is an upstairs room with a large walk-in closet with plenty of room for storage and big enough even for your bed! The master bedroom on the ground floor has convenient access to the kitchen and bath, and a wide closet.  The small room has no closet and only enough room for a single bed but it has a basic wardrobe for your clothes.  Rent includes wifi access and one off-street parking space per tenant. There is a washer & dryer and a dishwasher in a nice kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space.

Rent does not include an even share of the utilities-- electric and oil. Wifi, water, and sewer are included.

Rents by room:

$450 for the upstairs bedroom with LARGE walk-in closet.

$400 for the Master bedroom with a regular wide closet.

$300 for the smaller room (wardrobe but no closet).
