There are two upstairs rooms with large walk-in closets with plenty of room for storage--big enough even for a queen-size bed without headboard. The master bedroom on the ground floor has convenient access to the kitchen and bath, and a wide closet.  The small room has no closet and only enough room for a single bed but it has a basic wardrobe for your clothes if you'd like to use it as a bedroom instead of an office. Rent includes water & sewer. Tenant is responsbile for oil & electric. There is a washer & dryer in the basement.

Rent is $1200 per month. Deposit is $1200.

A $50 monthly credit can be made available if tenant is willing to do some basic outdoor maintenance such as mowing the lawn and shoveling/snow-blowing snow.
