The farmhouse is being restored after 30+ years of no year round use and has 4 bedrooms and a bunkie attic. The current residents are Kat and me, Kira, Angel, Tamber, and Daniel. The Hoyt farm was the 3rd established in Grafton and the one remaining building was built in 1858.
The farm is the site of Burning Porcupine and picnics throughout the summer.
$400/month includes all your utilities. You just clean up after yourself and help out with shoveling and feeding the wood stove.
We only share the house with those we know and are friendly with, so if you are new and are interested, introduce yourself and help us get comfortable with you.
