Nestled along the shore of a pond, surrounded by undeveloped town land, Little Minnesota feels like you are deep in the woods, yet you are walking distance from a gas station/convenience store.

Guardian Generator: This has come in handy.Utilities are included. We have cable and Internet, but no landline phone. We have an integrated emergency generator, which was tested during a flood for 20 hours. It is hooked up to most of the house so we hardly need to do anything if there's a power outage.

Note that rental prices are going to be changed in June, effective as of July. The change will be to re-denominate in silver, based on the current FRN/USD price, converted using the 30 day moving average at the end of June 6th which is $17.04.
